Using PicPie
PicPie is an independently operated app for sharing photos, messages and optional places inside approved Pizzas. Contact getpicpie@outlook.com. You must be at least 13 and meet local consent requirements. If you cannot enter a binding agreement yourself, a parent or guardian must authorize use as required by local law.
Accounts and invitations
Keep your account secure and provide accurate information. A link or code allows a join request, not automatic membership. The owner approves requests and may reset invitations. Buying Premium does not bypass membership approval. Do not share content without the rights or permissions needed.
Your content
You retain your rights in your content and grant the limited permission needed to store, process, resize and deliver it to the people and devices you choose through the service. Do not post unlawful, exploitative, threatening or harassing content, impersonate others, or violate privacy. Report concerns through the app or our contact email.
Chat and widgets
Chat visibility is time-limited, normally to 24 hours. This is not a guarantee of immediate server deletion or confidentiality from recipients. Current test retention is described in the Privacy notice. Eligible widget photos can remain longer. Members may save media. Widget updates depend on iOS scheduling, connectivity and device settings, so instant delivery is not guaranteed.
Premium and cancellation
Apple displays the applicable price, billing period and any introductory offer before purchase. Subscriptions renew according to the purchase screen unless cancelled through Apple. Cancelling renewal normally preserves paid access until the current period ends. A refund or revocation can change access earlier. Deleting your PicPie account does not itself cancel your Apple subscription. Manage subscriptions and refund requests through Apple. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Pizza availability
A Pizza may pause when no eligible Premium support remains. An approved eligible member may restore it under the current product rules. Premium does not guarantee permanent hosting or unlimited storage. The app may enforce membership, media size, duration, storage and request limits, with usage restricted when limits are reached.
Fair use and safety
Do not automate spam, evade limits, guess invitation codes at scale, extract other users’ information, interfere with the service or bypass access controls. We may restrict abusive accounts or content to protect people and the service. Contact us to request review of an action affecting your account.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to provide a reliable service, but outages and errors can occur. Keep copies of anything important. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer protections. We do not promise the service is error-free or impossible to compromise.
Changes and contact
We may update features and these terms, providing notice when required. Material changes to paid rights remain subject to applicable law and Apple’s terms. Questions: getpicpie@outlook.com.
